VJ2L Lord Howe Island DXpedition

DX MARATHON PARTICIPANTS: I would like for all of us to support, Chris Chapman, VK3QB in his upcoming Dxpedition in support of the DX Marathon Program.

Chris tells me he’ll probably have FT8 running 24-7 and most of the time 2 stations with FT8. He further will have 6 CW operators that will be running hard with the amazing Flex Auroras. Chris has been active in promoting CW/Morse code activity and preservation in Australia, including leadership roles with FISTS Down Under, the CW preservation society chapter in VK. He has also helped promote and expand the Reverse Beacon Network (RBN) footprint in Australia, including VK3RASA and other beacon initiatives.

Lastly, he has been involved in portable operating and award programs in Victoria, including management of the long-running Victorian National Parks award activities.

He is truly engaged so let’s listen up for him and have a huge response from our DX Marathon team.
